flank steak thinly sliced against the grain

oil vegetable or canola

gochujang Korean chili paste

green onions thinly sliced

beef ramen noodles including seasoning

Instructions
Set pressure cooker to sauté and heat oil. Add sliced beef and cook until browned.
Add garlic, ginger, gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and sliced onions; cook for 2 minutes.
Pour in water, add mushrooms, and noodles; stir well.
Close lid, set to high pressure, and cook for 3 minutes. Release pressure naturally.
Stir in sesame oil and green onions before serving.
Notes
For extra spice, add more gochujang or sliced chili peppers.
