Enjoy a flavorful and spicy Korean-inspired noodle dish with ground meat and a rich gochujang sauce.

ground beef, turkey or chicken
Noodles

rice noodles or noodles of choice
Sauce ingredients

low sodium gluten free soy sauce (tamari)

gochujang paste
(check ingredients for gluten)

coconut cream

tomato paste

water

honey or brown sugar

toasted sesame oil

rice vinegar

minced garlic

fresh grated ginger

red pepper flakes
(more or less as desired for spice)
Instructions
Cook noodles in salted boiling water according to package instructions, drain, then toss with butter to prevent sticking.
Saute ground meat in a large skillet until cooked through.
Whisk together all sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Mix half of the sauce with the noodles, then add cooked meat and remaining sauce. Toss to coat and heat briefly.
Serve garnished with chopped scallions, sesame seeds, cilantro, and red pepper flakes.
Notes
Adjust spice level with red pepper flakes to taste.
