2cupsbaby arugula(loosely packed)
1cupfresh basil leaves(loosely packed)
3clovesminced garlic(divided)

0.5cupfinely grated parmesan cheese
2tbspchopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Activate the yeast by mixing warm water with a pinch of sugar and letting it bubble for 5 minutes.
Combine warm milk, sugar, 1 beaten egg, 1 tbsp melted butter, and yeast in a mixer. Add flour and salt, then knead until smooth, adding more flour if sticky. Let rise for 1-1.5 hours until doubled.
Pulse greens, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a food processor. Add boursin and pulse until smooth. Chill until needed.
Divide risen dough into three, roll into 10-inch circles, layer with filling and parmesan, then cut into strips. Twist strips to form a star shape, let rise 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Brush assembled star with egg wash and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. Melt remaining butter, sauté garlic, add parsley, and brush over warm bread.
