Instructions
Chop the vegetables and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add chopped vegetables and cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add ground beef and brown until cooked through.
Reduce heat to low, add remaining ingredients, and simmer for 10-15 minutes until sauce thickens.
Notes
Adjust spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
