Beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced

Rice noodles

Instructions
Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and hoisin sauce to make a marinade. Reserve 2 tbsp for later.
Marinate the beef in the remaining sauce for 20-30 minutes.
Cook rice noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a skillet, sear beef in batches for 2-3 minutes per side, then set aside. Sauté vegetables in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes.
Add reserved marinade and cooked beef to the skillet. Mix cornstarch with water and stir in to thicken sauce. Simmer 2-3 minutes until sticky.
Toss noodles with sauce, beef, and vegetables. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of water if noodles seem dry while tossing.
