Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Mash bananas and combine with sugars, oil, eggs, vanilla, and yogurt; mix well.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, stirring gently. Fold in most strawberries and nuts, reserving some for topping.
Fill muffin cups ¾ full with batter, top with remaining strawberries, and bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg to the dry ingredients.
