Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 0.5 cup coconut milk
  • 0.5 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup chia seeds

Instructions 

  • Add strawberries, coconut milk, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl, add chia seeds, and whisk until combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
