Enjoy these delicious and healthy strawberry oat waffles, perfect for a quick breakfast or brunch.

Instructions
Preheat mini waffle maker and spray with cooking spray.
Mix oat flour, baking powder, vanilla, and egg, then add milk and oil until smooth.
Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
Pour 1/2 cup batter into waffle maker and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden.
Repeat with remaining batter. Serve with optional toppings.
Notes
For extra flavor, top with fresh strawberries and a drizzle of maple syrup.
