Ingredients

Liquid

  • 12 oz almond milk

Fruit

  • 8 stems strawberries (stems removed)

Dairy

  • 0.25 cup cottage cheese

Protein Powder

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Topping

  • optional whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions 

  • Combine almond milk, strawberries, cottage cheese, and protein powder in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream if desired.
