Ingredients

Liquid

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen sliced strawberries

Dairy

  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt

Dry ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons quick oats
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon natural granulated sweetener (or sugar)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

For serving

  • 1 handful frozen raspberries (to serve, acts as ice cubes)

Instructions 

  • Gather all ingredients, ensuring berries are frozen for a thick, chilled smoothie.
  • Add almond milk, berries, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, oats, honey, sweetener, and vanilla to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • If too thick, add more almond milk and blend again.
  • Pour into glasses and top with frozen raspberries to serve.
