3cupscooked white or brown rice
1cupshredded lettuce
1cupcherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat.
Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; toast spices for 30 seconds, then add tomato sauce and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
Warm cooked rice while beef simmers.
