These delicious protein balls are perfect for a quick, healthy snack packed with flavor and nutrients.

Ingredients

wet ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter

dry ingredients

  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 0.5 cup pure maple syrup or honey
  • 0.25 cup almond flour plus 2 tablespoons or oat flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 cup tiny chocolate chips

Instructions 

  • Mix peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  • Stir in protein powder, almond/oat flour, and chocolate chips.
  • Form mixture into 12 balls and place on a tray.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
