Enjoy a quick and flavorful Asian-inspired dish with tender ground beef and crisp vegetables coated in savory teriyaki sauce.

bell pepper (julienned (any colour))

cabbage (julienned (I used both green and purple))

carrots (julienned)

onion (julienned)

garlic (minced)

teriyaki sauce (store-bought or use my homemade version)

honey

tbsp
chili crisp (optional, highly recommended)

sesame oil

water or stock - if too dry

Instructions
Heat sesame oil in a skillet, cook ground beef until crispy and fully cooked, about 5–6 minutes.
Add garlic and onions, sauté for 2 minutes.
Add bell pepper, carrots, and cabbage; sauté for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender.
Pour in teriyaki sauce, chili crisp, honey, and sesame oil; simmer for 2–3 minutes, adding water if too dry.
Serve over cooked rice, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chili oil or more chili crisp as desired.
