Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup nut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Optional Add-ins

  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts, seeds, or dried fruit (Optional)

Instructions 

  • Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix nut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  • Stir in oats and fold in chocolate chips.
  • Press mixture into pan and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  • Cut into bars and store in an airtight container.
