  • 0.5 container Greek Yogurt (Your Choice Flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Sweetener (Erythritol)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder
  • 1 ounce Water

Instructions 

  • Mix all ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour into a non-stick microwave-safe dish.

  • Stir and microwave for an additional 20-30 seconds.
