  • 2 tablespoons Instant Pudding
  • 1.25 cups Greek Yogurt (Mix & Match Flavors!)
  • 2 ounces Milk (or Milk Substitute)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1.5 scoops Protein Powder (*Optional)
  • to taste optional Sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons Instant Pudding
  • 12 ounces Milk (or Milk Substitute)
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder (For Chocolate Ice Cream)
  • 1.5 scoops Protein Powder (*Optional)
  • to taste optional Sweetener
  • 1.5 cups Cottage Cheese
  • 4 ounces Milk (or Milk Substitute)
  • 1.5 scoops Protein Powder (*Optional)
  • to taste optional Sweetener
  • 1-2 ounces Milk (or Milk Substitute)
  • Cookies Cookies (for texture and flavor)
