Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Toast bread cubes for 10 minutes, stirring halfway.
Spray a 9x13 inch dish, add toasted bread, and sprinkle berries on top.
Blend remaining ingredients until well combined, then pour over bread and berries.
Cover and refrigerate overnight or bake immediately at 350°F for 45-50 minutes until set.
Serve with maple syrup and whipped cream if desired.
Notes
Use fresh berries for best flavor and texture.
