Instructions
Drain tuna into a bowl.
Chop green pepper, red pepper, and red onion.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add peppers and onion; stir and cook for 1 minute.
Add beans; stir and cook for 5 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
Reduce heat to medium; cook for 1 minute.
Add salsa, tuna, and fajita seasoning; cook for 3 minutes, stirring.
Cut pita in half.
Fill pita with tuna mixture, salsa, sour cream, and cheese.
Notes
Use reduced sodium beans and seasoning for a healthier option.
