Ingredients

Cooked sushi rice

  • 150 g Cooked sushi rice

Tuna canned drained weight

  • 220 g Tuna canned drained weight

Edamame

  • 160 g Edamame

Cucumber sliced

  • 0.5 C Cucumber sliced

Avocado diced

  • 1 Avocado diced

Carrot grated

  • 60 g Carrot grated

Furikake seasoning

  • 1 tbsp Furikake seasoning

Instructions 

  • Follow instructions to prepare sushi rice.
  • Build your bowl with rice, tuna, edamame, carrot, cucumber, and avocado.
  • Sprinkle furikake over the bowl to finish.
