Enjoy these healthy and delicious turkey avocado wraps, perfect for a quick lunch or snack.

Ingredients

Tortillas

  • 4 pieces whole wheat or spinach tortillas (Use your preferred type of tortilla)
  • 8 ounces sliced turkey breast (Make sure it's Halal)
  • 1 whole ripe avocado (Sliced)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves (Washed and ready to use)
  • 1 medium tomato (Thinly sliced)
  • 1 small cucumber (Thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup hummus or spread of your choice (For spreading on tortillas)
  • to taste Salt and pepper (For seasoning)

Instructions 

  • Spread hummus evenly on each tortilla.
  • Layer turkey, avocado, spinach, tomato, and cucumber on the tortillas.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Roll up the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
  • Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

Feel free to add your favorite herbs or a splash of lemon juice for extra flavor.
