These delicious turkey bites are quick to prepare and perfect for any gathering. Fresh vegetables and homemade mayonnaise make them a healthy and tasty appetizer.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 0.5 lb mesquite smoked turkey breast

Vegetables

  • 6 pieces cucumbers or half English cucumber
  • 6 small small tomatoes

Dairy

  • 1.5 cups homemade mayonnaise (my preference)

Bread

  • 1 loaf homemade French bread

Instructions 

  • Slice the turkey breast into small, bite-sized pieces.
  • Cut cucumbers and tomatoes into small pieces or rounds.
  • Spread mayonnaise on slices of French bread and top with turkey, cucumber, and tomato.
  • Assemble the bites and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add herbs or a squeeze of lemon to the mayonnaise.
