A rich and creamy Tuscan chicken pasta dish packed with sun-dried tomatoes and spinach, perfect for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced

heavy cream

Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook chicken until browned, then remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook garlic for 1 minute, then add chicken broth and heavy cream, simmer.
Stir in Parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach; cook until spinach wilts. Return chicken, add pasta, toss to combine.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with additional Parmesan before serving.
