Ingredients

Brownie Layer

  • 1 box Brownie Mix (store-bought or homemade, extra fudgy recommended)
  • 226 grams full-fat cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line muffin tin with paper liners.
  • Fill muffin cups with 2 tbsp brownie batter; bake 8-10 min.
  • Mix cream cheese and sugar; add eggs, vanilla, and cream until smooth.
  • Spoon 2-3 tbsp cheesecake batter over partially baked brownie; bake 18-20 min.
  • Cool 10 min, then refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes
