Instructions
Cream cold butter, chai leaves, spices, and salt until combined.
Add powdered sugar and mix until incorporated.
Gradually add flour and mix until a soft dough forms, about 4-5 minutes.
Shape dough into a log, chill for at least 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 350°F, slice dough into 24 cookies, and bake for 14-16 minutes until edges are golden.
Mix powdered sugar, cream, vanilla, and cinnamon for icing; dip cooled cookies and set until hardened.
Notes
Chilling the dough enhances flavor; keep cookies stored in an airtight container.
