Delicious vegan and gluten-free waffles perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
Dry ingredients

besan flour

tablespoons
tapioca flour
1/2
teaspoon
aluminum free baking powder
Wet ingredients
2/3
cup
oat milk or choice of dairy-free milk

tablespoons
almond butter or choice of nut butter

tablespoons
maple syrup
Instructions
Whisk all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add wet ingredients and mix well. Adjust with more milk if needed.
Pour batter into a hot, greased waffle iron and cook until golden.
Serve warm or reheat in a toaster.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of cinnamon or vanilla extract.
