A rich and creamy vegan tart combining chai spices and chocolate in a delightful dessert.

Ingredients

Crust

  • 250 g oat flour
  • 35 g cocoa
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 100 g coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Filling

  • 100 g white chocolate (vegan or dairy)
  • 235 ml full-fat canned coconut milk
  • 235 ml dairy-free milk alternative
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp agar agar
  • 4 bags Ahmad Tea chai spice tea bags

Instructions 

  • Mix oat flour, cocoa, and salt; add melted coconut oil and maple syrup to form dough.
  • Press dough into a tart tin; freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Brew chai tea in boiling dairy-free milk; remove bags after 5 minutes.
  • Heat coconut milk with cornflour and agar; add brewed tea and white chocolate; stir until smooth.
  • Cool mixture for 10 minutes, then pour into tart base; chill for 2 hours to set.
  • Decorate as desired and serve.

Notes

Ensure the tart is fully chilled before serving for best texture.
