Instructions
Mix oat flour, cocoa, and salt; add melted coconut oil and maple syrup to form dough.
Press dough into a tart tin; freeze for 30 minutes.
Brew chai tea in boiling dairy-free milk; remove bags after 5 minutes.
Heat coconut milk with cornflour and agar; add brewed tea and white chocolate; stir until smooth.
Cool mixture for 10 minutes, then pour into tart base; chill for 2 hours to set.
Decorate as desired and serve.
