all-purpose flour
(You can also use Artisan bread flour for a more 'bread-like' texture)

Wet Ingredients

garlic, minced

(You can use your fave plant-based milk)

apple cider vinegar

vegan butter, melted

chopped kale, fresh or frozen
(De-stemmed if fresh)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine wet ingredients and stir into dry mixture until well blended.
Fold in chopped kale.
Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes.
Notes
This bread is best enjoyed fresh and can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
