A delicious fusion of creamy Alfredo chicken and crispy garlic bread, perfect for sharing and impressing.

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 2 small pieces chicken breasts (cut into 1.25 cm pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning or salt, pepper, garlic powder

Bread

  • 1 loaf Italian-style loaf (sliced lengthwise)
  • 1 stick unsalted butter (113 g, melted)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic or garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 stick unsalted butter (57 g)
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions 

  • Cut chicken into 1.25 cm pieces, toss with oil and seasoning, then cook until golden. Set aside.
  • Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes to make garlic butter.
  • Spread garlic butter over bread halves, toast at 175°C for 5–10 minutes until golden.
  • In the same pan, melt butter, sauté garlic, add cream, cheese, and parsley; simmer until slightly thickened.
  • Spread sauce on bread, top with chicken and mozzarella, drizzle remaining sauce, then bake 5 minutes until cheese melts.
  • Slice into 5–8 cm pieces and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle additional parsley or red pepper flakes before serving.
