Deliciously rich walnut brownies with a perfect chocolate and nut combination, easy to make and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Butter and Chocolate

semi-sweet chocolate morsels (divided)

Dry Ingredients

chopped walnuts (divided)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
Melt butter and ½ cup of chocolate morsels over medium heat. Stir until smooth.
Whisk in eggs, one at a time, then add extracts.
Mix in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder just until combined. Fold in ½ cup of remaining chocolate and 1 cup of walnuts.
Pour batter into prepared dish. Top with remaining chocolate and walnuts. Bake for 42-45 minutes, then cool completely before cutting.
Notes
For extra flavor, toast the walnuts before folding into the batter.
