Instructions
Combine flour, salt, and butter in a food processor; pulse until pea-sized.
Add water gradually, pulsing until dough forms; chill in refrigerator.
Slice apples thinly, toss with sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and walnuts.
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out dough, spread caramel, arrange apples and walnuts, fold edges, and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly, then sprinkle with sea salt. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat.
