Ingredients

Base

  • 0.5 cup Rolled Oats
  • 4 ounces Milk Substitute (or Milk)
  • 1 ounce Water
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder (Vanilla)
  • 1 ounce Raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon Jelly (Raspberry)
  • 1 teaspoon White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 serving Instant Pudding (Sugar Free Fat Free White Chocolate)

Instructions 

  • Combine milk, oats, and water in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Microwave for about 2 minutes.
  • Add remaining ingredients while hot and mix well.
