This wholesome, yeast-free bread combines the nutty flavor of whole wheat with the natural sweetness of honey, perfect for a quick and healthy bake.
Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 300℉ (150ºC). Spray a 9" x 5" loaf pan with non-stick spray.
Mix dry ingredients: whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt.
Whisk together buttermilk, honey, and oil; combine with dry ingredients until just mixed.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle with sunflower seeds if using.
Bake for 55 minutes, then cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes before slicing.
