A delicious and nutritious breakfast featuring soft bread topped with creamy yoghurt and fresh fruit.

Ingredients

Dairy

  • 0.5 cup vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Collagen Beauty Caramel
  • 1 egg egg

Bread

  • 4 pieces soft bread slices

Fruits

  • as needed fruit toppings (blueberries, raspberries)
  • to taste maple syrup (for serving)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 356°F (180°C).
  • Mix yoghurt, Collagen Beauty, and egg in a bowl.
  • Place bread slices on a lined tray, press down to create a dip well.
  • Add yoghurt mixture to bread, top with fruit, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, drizzle with maple syrup, and serve.
