Instructions
Preheat oven to 356°F (180°C).
Mix yoghurt, Collagen Beauty, and egg in a bowl.
Place bread slices on a lined tray, press down to create a dip well.
Add yoghurt mixture to bread, top with fruit, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from oven, drizzle with maple syrup, and serve.
