Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 cup plain full-fat yogurt
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup lukewarm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (optional)

Instructions 

  • Mix yogurt, flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes until smooth.
  • Rest the dough covered for 30 minutes.
  • Divide into 8 pieces, roll into balls, then flatten into circles.
  • Heat a skillet and cook each flatbread for 1-2 minutes per side until golden.
