Ingredients
Dough

plain full-fat yogurt

Instructions
Mix yogurt, flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes until smooth.
Rest the dough covered for 30 minutes.
Divide into 8 pieces, roll into balls, then flatten into circles.
Heat a skillet and cook each flatbread for 1-2 minutes per side until golden.
