Ingredients

Dough

  • 2 cups self-raising flour (or all-purpose flour + baking powder) (substitute with all-purpose flour plus 1 1/2 tsp baking powder if needed)
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 2/3 cups Greek yogurt

Instructions 

  • Mix flour and salt, then add yogurt to form a sticky dough. Divide into 6 balls.
  • Roll each ball into a 10-inch circle on a floured surface.
  • Heat a dry skillet over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  • Cook each flatbread for 1 minute per side until golden brown.
  • Repeat with remaining dough, then serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in a skillet before serving.
