Ingredients

Protein

  • 6 pieces boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions 

  • Mix yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, paprika, coriander, turmeric, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Add chicken to marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove chicken from marinade and grill 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
  • Transfer chicken to a plate, garnish with cilantro, and serve with lemon wedges.
