Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and toss with olive oil.
Sauté chicken pieces in olive oil until cooked through; set aside.
In the same pan, sauté vegetables and garlic until tender; add broth, lemon juice, butter, and red pepper flakes, then simmer.
Return chicken to the pan, add cooked pasta, herbs, and Parmesan; toss to combine and heat through.
Serve garnished with extra Parmesan and fresh herbs.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon before serving.
