Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch pan.
Mix dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt.
Combine sugar, oil, vanilla; add zucchini and mix.
Fold dry ingredients into wet; stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
Spread batter in pan; bake 30–35 minutes. Cool and serve.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, use almond flour.
