Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, herbs.
In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and olive oil. Stir in grated zucchini and cheese.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 40 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle additional herbs on top before baking.
