Ingredients

Canned Chicken

  • 1 can Canned Chicken (12.5 Ounces)

Eggs

  • 2 large Large Whole Eggs

Green Chiles

  • 2 tablespoons Green Chiles (Diced)

Mexican Cheese

  • 0.5 cup Mexican Cheese (Reduced Fat)

Sour Cream

  • 2 tablespoons Sour Cream (Light)

Crushed Red Pepper

  • 0.5 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper

Taco Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons Taco Sauce

Taco Seasoning Mix

  • 2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning Mix (Low Sodium)

Wheat Germ

  • 8 tablespoons Wheat Germ

Instructions 

  • Drain the canned chicken and combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Mix everything thoroughly, shape into balls, and place on a prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-20 minutes until golden.
