A delicious and nutritious baked oatmeal with chocolate flavor, perfect for a satisfying breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients

gluten-free rolled oats

oat flour (blended oats)

Wet Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 baking dish.
Blend half the oats into flour; leave the rest whole.
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients.
Pour wet into dry, mix until just combined, then fold in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into the dish, top with extra chocolate chips, and bake for 28-33 minutes.
Let cool slightly, then serve warm with toppings of choice.
Notes
For added flavor, top with a drizzle of peanut butter or a dollop of Greek yogurt.
