Chocolate Brownie Baked Oatmeal Protein Recipe

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 cup oat flour (blended oats)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 0.33 cup cocoa powder
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
Wet Ingredients
- 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 2 eggs eggs
- 0.5 cup coconut oil, melted
- 0.25 cup maple syrup
Add-ins
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 baking dish.
- Blend half the oats into flour; leave the rest whole.
- Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients.
- Pour wet into dry, mix until just combined, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the dish, top with extra chocolate chips, and bake for 28-33 minutes.
- Let cool slightly, then serve warm with toppings of choice.
Notes
