Delicious homemade garlic bread rolls that are perfect as a side or snack, with soft interior and flavorful garlic butter.
Ingredients
Dough

all-purpose flour (or bread flour for chewier rolls)

active dry yeast

warm milk (about 110°F)

sugar

salt

unsalted butter (melted)

egg

cup
unsalted butter (melted)
(for garlic butter)

garlic (minced)

fresh parsley (chopped)

salt

grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast; let sit until frothy, about 5 minutes.
Add flour, salt, egg, and melted butter; knead until smooth and elastic, about 8 minutes.
Let dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Punch down dough and divide into 8 pieces; shape into rolls.
Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and Parmesan; brush over rolls.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle additional Parmesan on top before baking.
