Instructions
Blend oats into flour.
Drain tuna.
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, add garlic and mushrooms, cook for 1 minute.
Add remaining ingredients except Parmesan, Fettuccine, and water; stir and cook 2-3 minutes until thickened.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, cook 1 minute.
Reduce heat, add tuna, cook 2 minutes, stirring every 10-15 seconds.
Cook and drain Fettuccine, serve topped with Tuna Alfredo.
Notes
Use fresh parsley for best flavor and consider adding a squeeze of lemon for brightness.
