Ingredients

Crust

  • 3 large Large Whole Eggs
  • 5 ounces Cream Cheese (Fat Free)
  • ½ teaspoon Oregano
  • 6 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 9 ounces Cheese (Your Choice, Reduced/Fat Free)

Toppings

  • to taste Pizza Sauce (Low Sodium/Sugar)
  • to taste Cheese (Reduced/Fat Free Your Choice)
  • to taste Pepperoni (Your Choice)

Instructions 

  • Mix all crust ingredients in a bowl.
  • Distribute the mixture into prepared pans coated with non-stick spray.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes.
  • Let cool, add toppings, then bake for another 20 minutes until cheese melts.
