These no-bake Peanut Butter Bliss Balls are a delicious and nutritious snack, perfect for quick energy boosts or satisfying sweet cravings.

Ingredients

Base

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • a pinch salt

Instructions 

  • Mix peanut butter and honey until smooth.
  • Add vanilla and salt, stir well.
  • Mix in oats, flaxseed (if using), and chocolate chips.
  • Form into 1-inch balls and place on parchment.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
