A nutritious and protein-packed cornbread perfect for a quick snack or meal accompaniment.

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Milk Substitute (or Milk)
  • 10-15 drops Liquid Sweetener
  • 1 large Large Whole Egg
  • 0.25 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt (Plain Fat Free)
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 0.25 cup Rolled Oats (Processed into flour)
  • 0.75 cup Cornmeal
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder (Natural or Vanilla)
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Baking Soda

Instructions 

  • Process oats into flour.
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray.
  • Pour batter into dish.
  • Bake at 425°F (218°C) for 15-20 minutes.

Notes

Ensure oats are finely processed for best texture.
