Delicious and easy-to-make raspberry jam bars with a buttery crumbly crust and sweet jam filling.
Ingredients
Dough and Crust

cup
unsalted butter, softened
1/2
cup
granulated sugar
2
cups
all-purpose flour
(see notes)
1/2
teaspoon
salt
Filling
1
cup
raspberry jam
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x9-inch pan.
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix in flour and salt until crumbly.
Press about 2/3 of dough into the pan. Spread jam evenly over it.
Crumble remaining dough on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
Cool completely, then slice into squares and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
